Powers and Abilities: Ability Name: Fireball Generation
Ability Element: Fire
Ability Description and Requirements: Mario can generate fireballs approximately the size of his hands at the time. These fireballs are spherical in shape and can be generated in one or both hands.
Ability Powers:[/spoiler][/font] The Fireballs flung by Mario are hot enough to melt steel and can travel with enough force to crack stone. They also possess a unique ability; if something it hits can't be broken by it, it will instead bounce off it instead.
Ability Weaknesses and Limitations: The range for these fireballs are only about ten meters. Additionally, unlike a lot of fireballs, these don't have the capacity to explode, only dealing fire damage.
Ability Name: Super Jump
Ability Element: None
Ability Description and Requirements: This allows Mario to jump really high. There's really no other way to physically describe it.
Ability Powers:[/font] His signature move, this triples Mario jumping power. More importantly, it triples his landing power as well. Using this allows him generate shockwaves or even completely flatten enemies by landing on them. This also allows him to land on his feet with no risk of injury from any height.
Ability Weaknesses and Limitations: Using the Metal Cap or Mega Mushroom nullifies this ability. Additionally, this doesn't give him invulnerability; if he lands on things that can hurt him, such as spikes or lava, Mario will still get hurt.
Ability Name: Mushroom Kingdom Physiology
Ability Element: None
Ability Description and Requirements: This is a result of the harsh environments and life in the Mushroom Kingdom, the people having developed significant superhuman abilities.
Ability Powers:[/font] The physiology of the Mushroom Kingdom is such that all of it's people have increased muscle mass and superhuman abilities. The straining overalls that have become his staple? That's all muscle. Mario can run up to 200 MPH, lift over 50 tons, and doesn't seem to have a need for food or water. His durability tends to be lacking, however, making him a big of a glass cannon.
Ability Weaknesses and Limitations: As stated, it doesn't increase durability in any way.
Items and Materials:[/b] Artifact Name: 1-up Mushroom
Artifact Element: Life
Artifact Precedence: Self (0)
Artifact Description: A simple green mushroom, carried in an inner pocket of Mario's overalls.
Artifact Powers: While near death, Mario can use the One-Up Mushroom to heal all his injuries. He can also take it beforehand to ensure he heals at death regardless. These Mushrooms only work on people from the Mushroom Kingdom.
Artifact Weaknesses: This only works if Mario takes it.
Artifact Name: Plus Clock
Artifact Element: Time
Artifact Precedence: Channel (2)
Artifact Description: A little round clock about the size of a hand watch. It's stuck with all hands stuck at noon.
Artifact Powers: When thrown at an enemy, this completely freezes them for thirty seconds. The can't move, nor do they realize the passage of time during this time, but nor can they be hurt.
Artifact Weaknesses: Don't get hit by it. As previously stated, while frozen, enemies can't be hurt. Only one of these appear per every 24 hours.
Artifact Name: Big Mushroom
Artifact Element: None
Artifact Precedence: None
Artifact Description: A full mushroom, appearing like a bright red portobello.
Artifact Powers: Consuming this mushroom doubles Mario size and physical capabilities accordingly. This can only be used by Mario.
Artifact Weaknesses: It has to be eaten. If Mario is damaged during this time, he'll revert to his normal size.
Artifact Name: Blue Shell
Artifact Element: Arcane
Artifact Precedence: Nova (11)
Artifact Description: Shaped similar to a blue grenade with two white wings jutting out the side, there is a button on the underside. Once depressed, Mario has five second to throw it. Once thrown, it will immediately seek out the most powerful person within a quarter mile of it's starting position and close in on them at four times the speed of sound.
Artifact Powers: As stated, this item singles out the strongest enemy in an area. Once it found them, it circles them for two loops before crashing in on them, releasing a Nova of pure Arcana Energy, capable of incinerating nearly anything.
Artifact Weaknesses: If it misses for whatever reason, it's useless. Only one appears every seventy-two (72) hours. This can be used on him, if he is the most powerful person in an area. Equally powerful Void Energy can block or deflect this entirely. Additionally, if it hits the ground before the first five seconds, it is rendered inert and turns to dust.
Artifact Name: Bob-omb
Artifact Element: Fire
Artifact Precedence: Nova (11)
Artifact Description: A living black bomb about the size of a hand with a wind up top and two walking legs. Despite seemingly having a brain made of gunpowder, it is still sentient.
Artifact Powers: These can either be thrown or made to walk. Once wound up, they'll explode in small but powerful explosions. If set to walk, they can run at 30 MPH.
Artifact Weaknesses: they can easily be missed; additionally, the Bob-ombs can be easily distracted by bright lights or pleasant conversation and refuse to explode. Mario can only carry three (2) of these on him every twenty-four (24) hours.
