GODS The Gods of Ancient are weakened versions of their formal selves. They find themselves trapped between Mortality and Immortality. The gods are as varied and strange as the mortals they find themselves both being hosted by; and surrounded by. The gods are powered by worship - except for the Celtic Tuatha De Danaan who are simply godlike fae. Ranks: The Sky Fathers Essentially the leaders of a pantheon. These are the highest of the high. Examples being, Odin - Nordic, Zeus - Greek, Ra -Egyptian, Egyptians have a weird system so you could also count Horus, Set, and Osiris but for our roleplay the Sky Father is Ra, Amaterasu - The Japanese sky mother I suppose, The Jade Emperor - Chinese, Perun - Slavic, etc. There are far too many to count, and I simply can't count them all. The Major Gods These gods are the ones who tend to get the most screen time inside their stories. Examples being Ares - Greek, Thor - Nordic, Isis - Egyptian, Susano-O - Japanese, etc. Again, too many to count. The Minor Gods The most common rank of them all. Minor gods are gods who barely get mentioned at all in their mythology but still have the godly title. Thanatos is a great example of this. These were the rankings for a long time, but they have all but broken down since the gods became mortals. Apollo, for instance, could be the new Sky Father simply by singing Zeus into a coma and claiming it as his own. Or he could be downgraded to a minor god while Pan is upgraded to a major god. These ranks have fallen apart. Now after 100 years of searching; the gods have come close to finding out exactly what removed them from their seat of power; and it's coming for them...

DEMIGOD Demigods are the offspring of a god and another race. Demigods are generally weaker than their parents when it comes to summoning divine magic; but a demigod also has the advantage of losing a few natural weaknesses. The Demigods have one foot firmly planted in the mortal realm; and a more tenuous one in the world of the immortals. Demigods have been known to be able to ascend to godhood, gain immortality, or even turn into heroes. A demigods purpose is to save the world by any means necessary. Upon creation, a demigod can choose full access to one of their parents spheres of influence, or the full set at a limited range.

HEROES Much like the gods, many heroes have been reborn into mortal bodies as well. Heroes like Achilles, Beowulf, and Xbalanque. Though previously thought to be mortal, heroes can share many attributes with their past lives including weakened powers and abilities.

MONSTERS
Monsters are similar to gods in origin, but are generally not as powerful.
Monsters come in so many shapes and sizes it's near impossible to list them all between the tiniest brownie or the greatest Kaiju.
Monsters gain unique spheres of influence upon creation.

Nephilim The offspring of the celestial servants of a judeo christian figure. They are generally weaker than their angelic parents, though the level of power a nephilim bears depends on how powerful their parent is. Cursed by forever being bound to the mortal world, but they are innately born with freedom their parents could never truly have. Despite how mortal nephilim may seem, they are very much imbued with the divine essences that fueled their parents. Imparting small things such as immortality, though only in the sense of age never really touching them. The bite of a blade has always been and will always be a threat to these divine spawn. Nephilim gain power through their divine parentage. Enhanced physical features, the ability to heal with a touch, the ability to smite their foes and some manner of holy ability are typical.
